Senior Controller (M/F/D)

The Berndorf Band Group is the global leader in the production of Steel Belts and Steel Belt Systems. Operating in Asia, Europe, and North and South America, the group consists of the parent company Berndorf Band, eight subsidiaries and worldwide partners.

Your future area of responsibility

• Performance measurement and management of the group of companies
• Controlling of the international subsidiaries (USA, Asia)
• Taking over controlling projects (e.g. M&A, balanced scorecard, BI etc.)
• Investment and project controlling (e.g. greenfield)
• Definition and documentation of transfer prices

What you can inspire us with:

• Successfully completed business studies (university | university of applied sciences) with a focus on controlling / finance
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in industry or management consulting
• Sound knowledge of MS Excel | BI and/or SAP is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy working with numbers
• Understanding of the development of new business models
• Networked thinking for optimal problem structuring and data preparation
• Very good knowledge of English and willingness to travel occasionally
• Team player with strong communication skills and commitment
