Assistant to the Department & Production Management (M/F/D)

Your future area of responsibility

• Support of the department and the production management in all administrative and organizational matters
• Interface for all group leaders of the department
• Office organization (assistant activities, filing, correspondence in German and English, preparation of various documents)
• Appointment and travel management
• Independent and organized execution of tasks in various areas of responsibility and topics (planning and preparation of workshops and events, budget planning)
• Independent and supportive processing of reports, analyses and evaluations
• Processing of time management and invoice invoicing

What you can inspire us with:

• Successfully completed commercial training (HAK or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position

• Independent, proactive and conscientious way of working

• Very good language skills in German + English
• Very good MS-Office as well as good SAP knowledge
