Strategic Business Coordinator (M/F/D)

Your future area of responsibility

• Strategic and operational support for the President of the Business Unit in all business-related matters
• Preparation and analysis of technical, business, and project-related data for decision-making
• Creation of meaningful presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Independent coordination and management of cross-functional projects
• Preparation of market and competition analyses for the identification of new business opportunities
• Maintenance, analysis, and evaluation of CRM data as well as support with forecasts and performance indicators
• Preparation and support of strategic reviews, management meetings, and decision-making processes

What you can inspire us with:

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar
• Initial professional experience in a similar role, in business development, project management, or management consulting
• Technical understanding combined with a business mindset
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
• Confident use of CRM systems and MS 365
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Careful handling of sensitive data and information
• Very good written and spoken English; other languages (e.g., Italian and/or Mandarin) are an advantage
