Legal Counsel (M/F/D)

Your future area of responsibility

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex national and international contracts
• Legal support for projects, including risk analyses, contracting strategies, and structured decision-making documents for management; supporting M&A transactions and due diligence processes
• Legal advice to business functions on matters of contract law, civil law, corporate law, liability, and insurance law; advising on corporate law topics such as incorporations, restructurings, capital measures, and corporate housekeeping
• Further development of the Group-wide contract management framework, including the standardization of contract templates, policies, and workflows; integrating IP and patent considerations into contract drafting and the company’s strategic direction
• Ensuring compliance and corporate governance, including the review of regulatory requirements, implementation of internal control measures, and adherence to applicable insurance and corporate law provisions
• Acting as an interface to internal stakeholders and external law firms, including the steering and quality assurance of external legal counsel; coordinating specialized topics such as patent law, M&A, and insurance law

What you can inspire us with:

• Completed degree in Law, Business Law, or a comparable field, along with several years of relevant professional experience, particularly in contract, commercial, and corporate law
• Excellent knowledge of Austrian contract and civil law, ideally with interfaces to international commercial law
• Confident, professional demeanor, fluent German (negotiation-level) and very good English skills
• Ability to analyze complex matters precisely and develop practical, business-oriented legal solutions
• Strong advisory skills, independent working style, high attention to detail, and professional communication
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership and responsibility in a dynamic corporate environment
