STEEL BELT TRAINING

You can choose between a basic repair, advanced repair and a training with special devices for all belt materials. In our hands-on classes your employees work together with our experts.

Our Basic and Advanced Trainings are 5-day long workshops with practical examples, exercises and theory sessions. Successfully completing the basic training is your prerequisite for the advanced training, patching tool training, as well as for the 5-day cutting and welding device training and the 2-days BEMRT Training. Topics covered in the trainings include:

  • tools and equipment
  • steel belt damages and its causes
  • the most common repairing techniques.

MOBILE
TRAINING
CENTER

Flexible training with the mobile training center. Even in difficult times you can count on us. Especially under special circumstances like travel restrictions, the Berndorf Band Group is very keen to provide you with the best possible on-site support. For this reason the Berndorf Band Group‘s mobile training center has been upgraded to the latest technologies and is ready for worldwide use. We make your training as easy and convenient as possible. The compact design combined with a sophisticated belt tensioning system offers the possibility to conduct Steel Belt trainings for up to two employees on your site.

For a session with the mobile training center 2.0, Berndorf experts will visit you at your site with all the necessary equipment and materials for a training session. All you need to provide is a room, electricity, technical gasses and then the training can start.
