Modern Workspace & Infrastructure Specialist (M/F/D)

Your future area of responsibility

• Active management and ongoing development of our Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace environment (including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Intune) as well as the client infrastructure (Windows 10/11, mobile devices, policies and software deployment)
• Further development of our Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) and support for business units in the ongoing optimisation and digitalisation of business processes, whilst ensuring governance, documentation and standardisation
• Optimising and further developing the local and global IT infrastructure (servers, network, storage, backup, security, Active Directory) and ensuring stable, secure and efficient IT operations – including the further development of IT security in collaboration with external partners
• Helping to shape and implement our cloud-first strategy based on Microsoft Azure, as well as managing relevant Azure services (including Azure Virtual Desktop)
• Close collaboration with international sites and external partners, as well as involvement in infrastructure, digitalisation and automation projects

What you can inspire us with:

• Completed IT training (HTL, degree or similar) or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows client environments and Azure services
• Experience with or a strong interest in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• In-depth knowledge of networks, Windows Server, virtualisation and security concepts
• Microsoft certifications in Azure and/or Microsoft 365 would be an advantage
• A structured, solution-oriented and independent approach to work
• A team player who enjoys international collaboration
• Excellent German and English skills
